Deep, core and REM — not just “asleep”. HRV against your own normal. A score you can trust. And a warning when your vitals drift together, often a day before you feel it.

  • An overnight vitals check: resting heart rate, breathing, temperature and SpO2.

Keho is built on Apple Health. Whatever records your training, Keho reads it, keeps it on your iPhone and turns it into something you can act on every morning.

Apple Health.
Where it all comes together.

Every signal Keho uses lives in Apple Health — on your iPhone, under permissions you grant type by type, and take back just as easily.

Sleep stages, 24/7 heart rate, breathing, SpO2, temperature — the data Polar Flow keeps to itself now arrives in Apple Health, automatically, every night.

Your health data stays yours.

Keho processes your biometrics on your iPhone, not on our servers. No profile to build. No health-data cloud to breach. Just the insight you asked for, from the data you choose to share.

  • No account. Ever. Nothing to sign up for, because there is no server keeping a profile of you.
  • Built on-device. Sync, statistics, readiness and every briefing are computed on the phone in your hand.
  • Yours in Apple Health. Your data lives in Apple Health under permissions you grant — and can revoke — per type.
  • Unreadable by design. Not a promise that could quietly change. There is no pipe from your health data to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

The details that matter before you download. Can’t find yours? A person reads every message.

Contact us
What exactly does Keho do?

Keho turns the health and training data already on your iPhone into a clear morning readiness verdict and deeper statistics for every sport you do. With a Polar watch, it also brings key data Polar Flow does not send to Apple Health. Keho Coach, with adaptive plans and guidance, is coming soon.

Do I need a Polar watch?

No. Polar Sync is a major advantage for Polar owners, but Keho also reads the Apple Health data you choose to share. That can include Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, COROS, Oura and more. Coach will work from that same foundation when it arrives.

Which Polar devices work?

Any device that syncs to a Polar account: the Vantage, Pacer, Grit X and Ignite families, Verity Sense, and the H10 and H9 straps. Keho connects through Polar’s official API. No pairing. No Bluetooth setup.

Does my health data leave my phone?

No health data leaves your iPhone. Keho computes its statistics and readiness on-device, and your data remains in Apple Health and local app storage. There is no Keho account or server holding your biometrics.

Will Keho import my old history?

Yes. Polar’s live connection only reaches back about four weeks — but your Polar account can export everything it ever recorded, and Keho imports that export: workouts with heart rate and routes, sleep with stages, 24/7 heart rate, Nightly Recharge, years back. The import runs entirely on your iPhone and is part of Polar Sync. You don’t even need to connect — an export alone is enough.

How is this different from WHOOP or Oura?

Keho works with the watch you already own and processes your data on your phone rather than in our cloud. It gives you readiness and long-term trends now, then will add adaptive Coach features without requiring another device.

Do I have to take out a subscription?

No. Core statistics are free forever. Polar Sync starts with a free month and then renews yearly unless you cancel — or you can pay once instead, which never becomes a subscription. Prices are shown clearly in the app before you buy, and data already in Apple Health remains yours whether or not you continue with a paid feature.

How does the sync keep running?

Connect once. Keho syncs quietly in the background when iOS allows, overnight and whenever you open the app. It is designed to re-sync safely without creating duplicate entries in Apple Health.

Is there an Android version?

Not today. Keho is built around Apple Health and on-device processing, so it is available for iPhone only.

Is the coaching medical advice?

No. Keho is advisory and grounded in your own data. It is not a medical device and never a substitute for a clinician. When there isn’t enough data to be confident, it says so.
